Returns and Refunds Policy
All items are non-refundable.
~ Return Period ~
Customers may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To process your request,
please provide your Name, Order Number, Contact Number, Product Name, and the Reason for Return (including photos).
~ 14-Day Limit ~
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Customers may visit any SCENE physical store to process the exchange.For exchanges handled via E-shop, customers are responsible for the relevant delivery charges.
~ Sales Items ~
All Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
~ Product Condition ~
Regular-priced items may be exchanged only if they remain in brand-new condition,with all original tags, packaging and related accessories intact.Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or be in any condition that may affect resale.
~ Non-Returnable Items ~
We cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged/incomplete or if the invoice is missing.
* Scene By Ice Fire reserves the right of final decision. We reserve the right to cease service if a customer's refund rate is excessively high within a one-year period.

Refund Process
~ Credit Card Payments ~
Once the return is successfully confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card account within approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
